Product Description

This machine is a four-side sealing packing machine developed by our scientific researchers, which is specially designed and developed for the automatic packing of dressing paste industry. It is suitable for packing, heat sealing and crosscut of sheet materials such as medical dressing and gauze. The machine integrates machine, electricity and gas in one, and adopts PLC programmable controller to make the whole machine run programmed. The whole machine is composed of film developing mechanism, film traction feeding mechanism, double row feeding mechanism, batch number printing mechanism,automatic tracking film heat sealing mechanism, crossbar cutting mechanism and finished product conveying mechanism. It has the characteristics of novel design, tight playing mechanism, reasonable, superior performance, convenient operation and maintenance.

• Heat seal automatically track film movement. The hot sealing time and hot sealing tracking length can be adjusted arbitrarily within the specified range
• The whole machine is driven by servo motor, good control performance such as regulation and maintenance.
